  let's get the fun started and put in our votes for how far down the pumpkin patch lord of the fries will fall in november.. for those keeping score, last month he started at 457 patrons, did some begging and managed to bump those numbers up to 478, but as of this writing he's down to 439.. so, how well do you think the grift will continue this month?

  Just wondering if there's a possibility of getting Andrew Gold to do another interview.

  I contacted Andrew Gold before and he is very responsive on Twitter. The impression I received from him is he has little interest in revisiting the Lloyd Evans drama again at the moment. However, should there be a final cap to all this (such as his lawsuit being definitively thrown out and sanctions imposed upon Lloyd) he'd be up for it.

  We've also mentioned to Kim that it would be great to go on the offensive, see about how to get Lloyd charged criminally for using prostitutes and with sex tourism for his trip to Thailand but one step at a time.

  Not sure how that can be accomplished. I think it is important to be grounded in all this and resist all temptation to out-Lloyd Lloyd. For many of the same reasons why I believe this case is going nowhere, I doubt their legal system is that interested in the online confessions of that dolt.

  I think the full brunt of the legal system needs to be redirected at him within this case. He says people have slandered him, then how is he getting away with slander by labeling people as criminals? And if this is all BS and is going to be thrown out, what about attorney fees for foreigners who were threatened with jail time and fines from this guy who was abusing the court system?

  If they are going to throw it out, maybe it's just best to keep it simple for the court and ask that he issue a retraction and update on his YT Community page and his Patreon one - the same venues he launched his threats and false information from?

  That would hurt him more than any monetary award.

  Alimony and child support are coming if she is indeed following through with the divorce.

  These rants of his always seem to be connected to something that had happened or is happening in his life. He’s been mum on the state of his marriage ever since the livestream. At first he seemed to indicate they were attempting to work it out. When he got caught on the London dating group, he lashed out and said they were in a trial separation where both parties could see if they could live apart. He also revealed that he had moved out at the end of March 2022.

  Ever since then he has attempted to create an illusion of a family business - Dijana working for the company, she needs to be employed, etc. The implication was still there that they were working on some things and there was a possibility they would eventually reconcile.

  There have been indications that their marriage has been dealt its final blow. T5 discovered two or three months ago that Dijana was no longer credited on his voicemail videos as she always was. Lloyd soon after that revealed that he had a volunteer helping him with those, but with no mention of her status.

  Just this past month he has been dropping clues that their split is for good. On the Instagram page for his open mic nights in an introduction to a song he mentioned that his marriage had broken up. Then in the rant a few days ago he specifically referred to the “breakup of a marriage”.

  I believe that Lloyd felt his move to Zagreb was more of less the “open marriage” he had been seeking with some minor adjustments. He felt that he could stay for as long as he wanted and could return to her at will. I also believe that at some point this summer Dijana decided to drop all connections with him and ceased answering his voicemails and wanted to drop all pretence that she worked for him and moved for an official split, complete with alimony and child support.

  This was a contributing factor and probable reason behind in his sudden decision to close Ipsilon and officially lay her off.

  Lloyd doesn’t hold himself accountable for anything. Despite his frequent abuse of both her and his marriage, his final word on it would be that parties outside the marriage interfered with it and created a situation where Dijana decided to move for a permanent split. I think he was fine with the status quo of them being in a trial separation, but whenever it seemed that she was distancing herself, tried to reinsert himself into her life in some aspect (inviting her on holidays) in order to keep the marriage afloat.

  It finally collapsed and he is lashing out now at parties he holds responsible for hastening its demise.

  He also found out the hard way based on what’s available in Zagreb that she was the best he could have ever gotten by far. He’s probably made some overtures to younger women he has met, only to be turned down, quite possibly because he has a reputation round town for torpedoing his marriage because he couldn’t control his penis.

  It would explain why he’s so eager now to sue.

  JeffT - It wasn’t a video. Go to the Lloyd Evans YouTube page and click the Community tab. You’ll find that rant there.

  I'd still love to get my hands on those financials.

  I wouldn’t get your hopes up too much. He’s only going to show what he wants people to know and it will probably only show the loss in his salary, and will likely try to withhold the entire amount Ipsilon pulled in. Still it will be interesting to see what he claims his salary was when we all know through public records what the company pulled in.

  Exactly. Maybe it is time for the magnificent 7 to do another podcast and have a right good laugh at this fellas expense.

  Here’s what I’d want since (according to him) they’ve been filed:

  • His medical records and attempts to reason the M7 were the ONLY reason why he was depressed and not a marriage he intentionally trashed.
  • The company financial records to get an idea of how he pays himself. I’ve a strong feeling they will be incomplete and will show as little info as possible. Just what he paid himself in official salary, not anything else he personally benefitted from.
  • The actual monetary amounts he’s demanding from everyone. If the letter said €3000 or €8000, I’d expect this to be in the €10,000 range, perhaps more.
  • anything else he says that already hasn’t been.

  My advice is to wait until you have all the facts at your disposal. I’ve a feeling many are going to be shocked at how even more ridiculous this all is.

  Also - he said he’s sending out summons to each defendant. This ought to be interesting. Let’s see if Novosel uses a proofreader this time.

  He’s putting everything on the line here. 64 pages of translated docs isn’t going to be cheap and further proof he using donated money to fund this farce.

  What the hell does this mean? His lawyers refused to work until he produced proof of his claims? His lawyers demanded the judge order the defendants provide proof of the claims Lloyd was making?

  As with everything related to this guy, he speaks out of both sides of his mouth. He’s counting on the intended audience (his supporters and Patrons) not being aware of the full truth which was just released by the M7. So he lies and modifies the facts to his liking. So in Lloyd’s telling, the court “invited” him to present evidence if you listen to how he words it.

  In reality the court was preparing to throw the case out and gave him a relatively short deadline in order to become compliant.

  isn't it quite a gamble going public like this?? Isn't he worried people may assume he's also guilty of the other points, also?

  He doesn’t think this way. He’s always operated on people’s ignorance of the facts and his own sordid history of either manipulating the facts or outright concealing them.

  As with the livestream and other miscalculations such as the Gold interview, he’s not thinking past instant gratification when supportive comments come in. He doesn’t think about the ultimate effect this will all have.

  This was yesterday’s news. Though the release of the court files and the M7 was red meat for people already clued into this, it went hardly noticed by his base of support. Thus as it stood yesterday he had a way out of this and to let it fade would have been the wise course.

  But he’s pinned his flag to the mast and is headed full speed ahead into the armada. The case was never going to be looked at by a judge. Now it is, and he’s riled up yet another generation of his viewers to expect his full vindication on things they knew nothing about.

  Not intentionally trying to sound Churchillian here, but he had a choice - dishonour or war.

  He’s getting both. This will not end well for him.

  Also, since when are "insinuations" basis for libel or defamation?

  This is the meat of his case right here.

  Comparing someone to a rapist is not the same as calling someone a rapist. Jabba the Hutt doesn’t seem to understand that.

  Applying the “Lloyd Evans” legal doctrine, thousands of people by the minute are guilty of defamation by comparing people to Hitler.

  (And it’s all enforceable worldwide under Croatian law)

  This man’s brain needs to be donated to science. Incredible breakthroughs are ahead!

  What world is Lloyd really living on!!!

  Since we're speaking about delusion, how about this:

  I don't know how long it will be before I get my day in court and see the defendants either plead guilty to or try to deny their involvement in circulating these lies.

  Let this sink in: He actually believes or wants the public to believe the M7 might plead guilty.
